IT Governance – Common Roles

While Roles can vary by company, I believe that an important guideline is knowing what roles you may encounter when contributing to this area.

Some Common roles may include but are not limited to:

• Project Managers
• Program Managers
• Functional Area Managers/Leadership (i.e. Director of Shared Services)
• Functional Area Team Leads
• Enterprise Architects
• Executive Leadership (i.e. CIO)
