This article discusses Governance and Blockchain, which is an interesting topic being that Blockchain technologies are supposed to be as transparent as possible with minimal oversight.

The Scrum framework is one of the leading Agile frameworks. Agile is a software development ideology and Scrum is a frame work built upon this ideal. The following article gives a high-level introduction to what SCRUM is and its value.

Annotated Bibliography contribution #4:
SAFe or Scale Agile Framework is an Agile frame work that looks at Agile from the Program or Enterprise level versus individual Product/Project level. Most agile frameworks are simply focused on the individual projects and often times there are Enterprise level methods that tend to go against the Agile ideal making it difficult for indidivual teams to successfully deliver software. SAFe is a framework that is focused on transforming organizations which ensures all levels in the organization are on the same accord which in turn allows individuals to be in the proper environment to successfully be “agile”.
