IT Governance
This section provides guidelines for developing an IT governance approach and framework to create effective and valuable IT function for your organization.
The first essential guideline in order to achieve an organizational goal is to have a fundamental understanding of the area your are dealing with via defining it.
My Perspective definition of ‘IT Governance’ is as follows: ‘IT Governance is the processes and or their governing bodies that ensure policy and processes are upheld within an organization.'[1]
