IT Strategy
This section provides guidelines for developing and aligning IT strategy with organizational strategy in order to create effective and valuable IT services and or assets for your organization.
The first essential guideline in order to achieve an organizational goal is to have a fundamental understanding of the area your are dealing with via defining it.
My Perspective definition of ‘IT Strategy’ is as follows: ‘IT Strategy deals with the decisions that are made in order to accomplish long-term goals for an organization and using IT as the vehicle to meet these goals.'[1]
